Your first payment secures your design slot. Until the deposit is paid, all design dates are open to other clients. Once you send the deposit, the slot is yours!

Three (3) weeks for the Comprehensive Showcase Experience and two (2) weeks for the Opening Chapter Experience. For both, we will begin on a Monday and wrap your project up on the relevant Friday.

Yes, you may choose to divide your payment into installments or pay in full for a cash discount.

Which plan depends on what features and functionality you want on your website. I’ll help you pick the best plan for your needs during our launch call on the first day of the design period.
As an extra perk of working with me, a Squarespace Circle member, you’ll receive 20% off your Squarespace plan for the first year when you choose the annual payment plan!

During your design period, the most important thing you can do is be available via email. While there is a call on the first and last day of your project, I will be emailing you throughout your design period for edits, opinions, and clarifications.

In order for us to make the most effective use of our time together, you will need to submit all content by the Wednesday before your design period.

To be fair to you, and every other client in my design calendar, I stick firmly to my design schedule. All my clients would be upset if I pushed back their design date because a client earlier in the schedule wasn’t ready.
